The Vienna style is a malt driven lager brewed with a base of Vienna, Munich and Crystal malts and lightly hopped to allow the caramel and biscuit flavours to flourish. Big Red acquired its moniker after winning the Premier's Trophy for the Best Victorian Beer at the 2008 AIBA, and is an ideal partner for hearty roasts and pork dishes.
