A traditional German style wheat ale, this beer is brewed in the Yarra Valley with 50% wheat and 50% barley. It is lightly bitterer with noble hops grown in the Hallertau region of Bavaria. Conditioning occurs in the bottle, and provides some prominent estuary notes of cloves and vanilla.
