Pigs Fly Pilsner

Brewery: Bowral Brewing Company

Info on the bottle:

4.6% ALC/VOL

When it comes to beer it's what's inside that counts. A combination of Amarillo, Saaz and Hallertau hops produce a Bohemian style Pilsner with citrus aromas and a long smooth finish. Typically Australian, this dry and witty character is crisp and refreshing. Pigs Fly, what are you waiting for?

  1. Bowral Pigs Fly Pilsner...

An interesting Australian pilsner which introduces itself with a light spice and lemon malt, turning into more lemons in the after taste. There is some yeast in there as well, and it was quite rindy. I dare say even grapefruit...
